If you are unsure about a particular issue, there are channels where you can find the answers to your questions. Our helpers will do their very best to assist you. Please do NOT Lurk, use colours or idle in these channels.

#services - Technologist.com's Official Services Help channel. All services inquiries should be asked in here.

#admin - Technologist.com's Official ADMIN/IRC Operator channel. All server issues and harassment can be resolved in this channel.

#vigilantes - Technologist.com's Official IRC Harassment and Virus help channel. All people who believe they are infected by a virus or are being harassed (and there isn't an operator online) should join this channel and ask for help. Check out the #vigilantes home page, it has patches and other information -
